How much does it cost?
There are 2 different plans
Basic 10 MB image hosting account for $10.00 per month
Gold 25 MB image Hosting account for $20.00 per month

Do you give refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds, due to the nature of the business. If you decide that our services are not right for you, you may unsubscribe at anytime. Simply sign into your own PayPal account and cancel your subscription there!

I realize I get 4 free templates when I open an account, but can 1 change those to new ones each month?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the templates each month.
You can, however, purchase more than the 4 provided at the small cost of $5/template (for members only).

Why are there two prices listed for each template?
Auction Template Central members recieve 4 free templates when they open an account. If they wish to purchase additional templates, their cost is only $5/template.
The $15 price is for non-members.

What is an Auction Template?
An Auction Template is an HTML page that is set up in a specific way and used that same way throughout multiple auctions. Because it is set up the same way for each of your auctions, it makes it easier and faster for you to create more auctions in less time ...AND appear more professional.

Do I need to know HTML to use your templates?
Yes and no. If you are purchasing our templates as a non-member, we do suggest that you have a prior knowledge of HTML. We do offer tech support for non-members, but it makes our job a lot easier if you already know how to at least copy and paste. However, you do not need any knowledge of HTML when using our templates as a member of auctiontemplatecentral.com. You just need to know how to copy and paste.

Do I need a server (host) in order to use your auction templates?
If you are a member, no, we provide one for you when you subscribe for an Auction Template Account. You will receive a 10 or 25 mb image hosting service where you can easily upload all of your auction pictures! Non Members WILL need image hosting somewhere to use images in your auctions

Are your Auction Templates compatible with Ebay and other auction programs?
Yes, they are. And there is no extra fee from the auction sites to use our templates.

Are your Auction Templates one-of-a-kind?
No, they are not one-of-a-kind. However, we do provide FREE customization for your auction logo.

How many auction templates am I allowed to use with my account?
You are allowed to choose 4 of our templates when you open an account. For additional templates, the cost is only $5 per additional template for members. Cost for non-members is $15/template.

Will Ebay charge me extra if I use your auction template for my auction?
No, Ebay does not charge extra, nor does any other auction site that I'm aware of.

How long will it take to get my templates and account set up?
We know that our customers are anxious to use the templates and start saving money right away! That is why we try our best to process all customization orders within 2-3 days. (with the exception of weekends and holidays) That includes logo customization, template set up and provide you with the coding!

Is tech support available for non-members too?
We do offer tech support for non-members. If you are purchasing our templates without opening an account, you may also purchase tech support that is available to buy at the bottom of each template catalog page.

Where and when do I give you the name I would like to be used for my auction logo?
You provide your logo customization details when setting up your account. It can either be your business name or your auction ID name.

Do you do custom auction templates?
Yes we do offer custom templates. We can either use graphics you already have (for $15.00) or create custom one of a kind graphics for you (for $45.00)

Do you have matching websets?

How will my auction template(s) be shipped?
They will always be sent to you through email.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept paypal when setting up accounts, as this is how you will be billed on a monthly basis. If you are purchasing our templates without opening an account, we do accept visa and mastercard thru PayPal as well.

I don't have a paypal account. How can I become a subscriber?
You can open a free account with paypal at anytime! It's easy to do and very useful in making payments or purchasing items on the internet. To open an account, Click Here.

Can I use any of the graphics I receive in the auction template for other purposes (business printing, web site, etc)?
The graphics you receive in your purchased templates are only intended to be used in our auction templates, and not pieced together in other templates. Any misuse of our designs will be considered copyright abuse! You will be notified and your account will possibly be cancelled if you do not comply. IF you would like to use your template logo for printing a $25.00 business use registration is required. Email us for details
